Production Process:

Flat Lamination:
- Coat the furniture panel with adhesive.
- Lay the PVC film flat on the surface and laminate using a flat lamination machine.
- Use a press roller to eliminate air pockets and ensure a flat finish.
Membrane Press:
- Heat the PVC film to activate the glue layer.
- Place the film on the cabinet surface.
- Use a membrane press to adhere the film uniformly with heat and pressure.
Wrapping Profile:
- Measure and cut the PVC film according to the profile length.
- A profile wrapping machine wraps the film around the cabinet edges.
- Ensure the film adheres smoothly around the curves and edges.
Self-Adhesive:
- Remove the protective backing from the self-adhesive film.
- Position the film on the cabinet surface.
- Press and smooth the film down to avoid air bubbles.
